So it turns out the gym I just joined is one of those TRX suspension training places, with kettlebells and stuff in place of traditional weights. This is really what I need since I’ve already tried weight training — did so for 6 years, up to 6 times a week! — and bulking up is totally not my goal anymore. I want to regain the hanger-like ~*physique*~ I had when I was 16. Muscle memory, please kick in.
Also, they were blasting “Magic” by B.o.B featuring Rivers Cuomo when I signed up earlier so it shouldn’t be that bad. I’m wondering if they’d let me control the music though. Fit to fat to fit!
